Refund Policy

Free courses
Free courses involve no payment, so there is nothing to refund. If you can no longer attend, withdraw so your seat can go to someone on the waitlist.
Before a paid course starts
Full refund if you withdraw at least 7 days before the first session.
After a paid course starts
Partial or no refund after the first session, at the academy's discretion.
If we cancel
If the academy cancels a course, you receive a full refund.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are sent back by the same method used to pay (InstaPay or Vodafone Cash) within 14 days. Contact us through our contact page to request one.
