uv for Legacy Python Code and Security

Modernising and securing existing Python projects with uv: migrating projects built on venv and requirements.txt (or with no dependency management at all), discovering dependencies with uv pipreqs, moving them into pyproject.toml, managing environments and lock files, and checking dependencies for vulnerabilities.
